The Penguins have really stepped it up it looks like. It's also good to see Crosby getting "legit" points in my eyes... he's really showing his true talent and really bitched to the refs a minimal amount.

 

Semin needs to stop being so jittery with the puck or his turnovers are going to cost the Caps the series. Gonchar is out and they need to exploit that.

 

I see Carolina wrapping up the series tonight... the Bruins look like they've known this series is over for awhile.

 

Homerism in me sees it as an inevitable Hawks/Wings Conference Finals that goes to 7 games, so I think the Wings are going to destroy the Ducks today... lots of penalties and misconducts in that one.

 

I'll be at the Hawks game tomorrow and since January 1st, 2009 I am 6-0 at Chicago sporting events I attend, so I know they'll wrap it up tomorrow... I just hope the noise that we're going to make in the UC doesn't make it collapse!

I just can't see how they don't destroy us, just like they did in the regular season when they actually had something to play for (in December when we were sneaking into the divisional race).

 

It's not like Calgary (where we matched our skill against their size and physicality) or Vancouver (our skill vs. their goalie who bails out their otherwise mediocre team). It's skill vs. skill, and they have more of it.
