cyno, you will have a seizure if the Hawks play the Ducks in a series. You think Calgary and Vancouver play a little on edge, Anaheim jumps off the edge.

 

It was a touchy call on Pronger though. Sure was several other plays on both sides that merit more consideration than that one. But Pronger has earned his rep, so now he has to live with it.

 

Just say it... Pronger is a [expletive] sucker... don't think anyone would disagree.

 

I don't hate the Wings players, in fact I really really like Lidström/Datsyuk/Zetterberg/Hossa... I just can't logically root for the Wings against the Ducks being a Hawks fan.

 

That being said, I root for my Finns when my team is not involved, I've been a HUGE Selanne fan since I lived in Helsinki in 2007 when he paraded the Cup through the Finnish Capital, and I was actually able to lay hands on the the greatest trophy in all of sports.

 

I will never forget Selanne or touching the Cup... so I must root for Finns/Selanne :-D

Valtteri Filppula is from Vantaa which is basically Helsinki... 12G 28A isn't going to sway me... he has to play among those 8 Swedes... he's obviously handicapped!

Yea, which would make 6/24 on the active Swedes = 25%... with Lilja it would be 7/25 = 28%... so 33% was a bit off but you get the picture, haha.

Oh, I'm claiming obvious/sad dive by Wisniewski (one of my favs when he was a Hawk). The way he went down was pathetic, trying to draw another penalty. If yopu get onto the stretcher yourself at a sporting event, you are NOT hurt...
