Yeah, he doesn't have a good arm. But he did make a great pick, and I don't think a strong arm would have made that play either.

 

Even with his weak arm, he made it pretty close. McGehee's got catcher speed.

 

I didn't think it was all that close, but for some reason I thought McGehee had decent speed. My bad.

CUBS are 57-1 when they lead by 2 runs or more at the end of the 6th inning.

So would the chances of our pen not making the tail end of this game a thrill ride be more slim or nil?

 

Sounds like it...but baseball is a game where you should expect the unexpected so we'll see.
