Cotts needs to go. He has no reason for being on this team. I don't care what hand he throws with.

Is there a no swearing policy on NSBB? I think I'm about to develop a severe case of Tourette's.

Your time here will be quite short if you do.

I assumed as much and exercised restraint. On the internet at least.

Thanks for clarifying.

Perfect way to end this cluster (expletive) of an inning!

We censor most swear words, so feel free. However, if you get excessive or use words to intentionally get around the filter, you'll be in some trouble.

Yea we won't win the division with this pen

The score should be 7-3 Cubs though

The pen looked freaking awful at this point last year as well. Something has to be done about Cotts, though. He's just too erratic.

I mean seriously, who doesn't feel like Cotts is going to walk people every time he comes in?

It takes that many throws to get Prince Fielder? You could give him a 40-foot head start and beat him to the bag.

Which is what fontenot eventually realized

Getting rid of Michael Wuertz could be a big mistake.

lou hated him; i don't think things would be any different if we'd kept wuertz. he'd just pitch at iowa or rot at the end of the pen.

I haven't seen every Lee at-bat, but he has surely become the next Moises Alou with all the ground outs to the left side of the infield.

Ridiculous

this team is going nowhere if they don't develop at least a mediocre bullpen

Cotts shouldn't be near a MLB stadium.

What about an offense that has been below average in 4 of 5 games against some pretty average pitching? I know it's only been 5 games, but it's only been 5 games for the bullpen too.

I bet Koyie Hill could have tagged Fielder out before he ran to third.
