He's put up a pretty good 0 for 9 - if there is such a thing. He's worked counts, got robbed of two RBI double last night by the ump and still has managed an OBP over .350. I like what I've seen. The hits will come.

I can only speak for myself. I liked what I saw last night, and I hope like hell he can continue it. But just like it took me a while to lose confidence in him, it's going to take some time to rebuild it.

Soto had a similar shoulder issue while he was in Triple-A, and it cost him a little over a week. ''From talking to him, it lasted a week or so [the first time],'' manager Lou Piniella said. I've been worried about the bullpen for a long time. I'm hoping Guzman can throw more strikes but walks have periodically been a problem for him. If Guzman steps up the bullpen looks a lot better. However, I'm still more worried about Fukudome and the health of the team more than anything else.
