This is the one that came to mind for me

8/7/2001 Cubs 5 Rockies 4

That's the game that ended with the crazy rundown after Ricky Gutierrez tripped rounding third but ended up scoring anyway. Too bad they couldn't update that graph mid-play.

Yea, I looked for this too and was disappointed that it wasn't as cool as I thought it would be :(

Easily one of my favorite games of all time. I believe that's the game where Angel Hernandez blew a call at the plate in which the Cubs runner was safe. 7th inning stretch guest singer Steve McMichael called him out on it before he began singing, and remains the only 7th inning stretch singer to have been ejected.

What is with the Cubs and Rockies and crazy games?

Yeah. He actually said, "I'll have speaks with the umpire."

That game had everything a Cub fan could possibly ask for, and beyond.

It's certainly in my top 3 favorite games. Nothing will ever eclipse the 20 strikeout game, though.

My favorite game hasn't happened yet. It's the game where the Cubs win the World Series.

I was only 9 when Wood pitched his 20 strikeout game, and I wasn't too into baseball then. I didn't really get into it until 2003.

I shouldn't say nothing will ever eclipse the 20k game. A Cubs National League Pennant clincher, and a World Series clinching game would both eclipse that game.

"what a crazy way to end a game!"

Say what you will about him, but Chip had a great call of that play.

Aramis Fan, I seem to remember you had a link to that replay, is it still up somewhere?

The game last year where Soto tied it in the 9th:
