I agree with Soul. I'm a Marquette fan, so take that for what it's worth, but I really hate when something like stepping on the line ends a team's chances for a win. Same would go for any team. I know Lazar made the mistake and rightfully so, but if it was Duke/Texas, WKU/Gonzaga, etc you just would like to see an exciting game end with a shot, miss or make. Oh well, Missouri was the better team, especially with an unhealthy James. This one doesn't sting as much as Marquette/Stanford from last year though. Good luck to you in the Sweet 16.

He re-surfaces! Yeah, I would have felt much better if we had at least gotten some sort of shot off to try to win the game, but this definitely wasn't as bad as the Stanford game. We had no business winning this one, whereas the Lopez brothers have no business being alive. That game was so painful (and I was still a student at that time). Man, it would have been so great to see Memphis again in the Sweet 16, despite having no chance to win that matchup

Does anyone know (or know where I can find) what regions are showing what games for thursday?

I can't find any. If you're worried about missing the Mizzou game, I think you stand a good shot of seeing the two midwest teams in action instead of east coasters Duke and Nova.

That'd be great...if this was last year :D

I liked last year's tournament way more anyways.

I believe this site has the information you're looking for. It includes Thursday only; I'd think they'll add Friday later.

Confused the heck out of me until I saw it was last year.

There are a LOT of rumblings that Rick Pitino is going to be the next head coach at Arizona. :|

Why??

He must be getting some ridiculous cash.

I just don't get it - I had heard for some time now that Arizona wouldn't have the cash to go after the really big names. Plus he couldn't bring his horses to Tucson.

I still think Sean Miller or Randy Bennett are more likely, given what I've heard about how much they can pay their next coach.

anyone able to find coverage maps yet? i really want to know what games i'll be watching tomorrow night
They don't seem to be available this year. Your best bet might be to check your local CBS station's web site to see if the schedule's listed or maybe even call the station (the web site probably has the telephone number listed).

CBS 2 Chicago's site says Xavier/Pitt and Mizzou/Memphis

Heh, I bet they show Duke in Columbia and Memphis.

No reason at all for Pitino to leave Louisville for Arizona. It's probably a slight jump on the totem pole (depending on how good a coach you think Denny Crum was), but a step down in exposure and conference quality. Then again, he sometimes jokes that the reason he went to Louisville was because they were in C-USA at the time...
