We could expand the time limit to 24 hours if people think that would be more convenient.

 

If we start promptly after the combine, it'll give us 2 months to get through the rounds. If every single person takes the entire 24 hours, we'd get through 2 rounds without rushing. The likelihood of everyone taking all 24 hours is pretty much nothing, though.

 

And PMing a list of players to me if you're going to be out is definitely a good idea.
