Man, I love this man....Pure class!!!!

It has 5 pics of him throughout the years and this is on top of the page.

It has been an honor to have been a chicago cub for the last 13 years and to have played in the greatest ballpark Wrigley Field. My deepest thanks go to my teammates and the Cubs organization for taking a chance on a kids from Texas and welcoming me into the Cubs family. Thank you Cubs fans, the greatest fans in all of baseball, for believing in me and supporting me over the years. I will always be proud to have been a chicago cub. although I'm a member of a new "tribe" I will be forever be a Chicagoan.

How could you not love KW. Seriously, he gave everything he had and never bitched in doing so. Man, this warms me to the core in the dead of Winter.

I find this post hilarious. Your avatar is a huge smiley face getting enjoyment out of your crying face in the post. Just looks weird.

That page is already hanging on my wall. My favorite Cub of all time. I can't wait until he returns to Wrigley and gets that ovation.

Alright, I'm thinking I have to go to the Indians series. Wood and DeRosa are two of my all-time favorites.

I hope Wood doesn't play in that series.

a standing ovation, followed by giving up the tying and winning runs in the bottom of the 9th

I don't want the Cubs to beat him, and I don't want him to beat the Cubs. Just blow them out for 3 games and make him irrelevant so I can to back to having the Indians as my 2nd favorite team.

Yeah. I think the dream scenario is that Wood comes out to get some work in the 3rd game of the series with the Cubs winning already. I'd hate to have him come out in a save situation.

i'd prefer a standing ovation when he comes in to pitch the 8th when the cubs are up 6 because he hasnt pitched in about a week so he needs work.
