For the record, I no longer think Hinrich's contract is terrible.

 

He can really play with Rose. He seems like he gets how to make it work, probably because he's a smart player and everyone else we have isn't.

I have to agree. Sometimes, you don't know how valuable someone is until he's missing. The team hasn't been nearly as clueless with him around. The team has looked like a bad college team at times when he was gone. Can't remember us ever missing Gordon as much as we seemed to miss Kirk the first half.

Hinrich's contract is terrible. We're paying him a ton of money to be a backup PG and his contract goes past 2010. Hopefully the Bulls and Blazers can work out a trade involving Hinrich and hopefully those Hughes to Toronto for O'Neal rumors are true too.

Pax still messed up bad by not drafting Roy. That being said, I'm not really too heartbroken over not getting Alridge. I already think you have seen his ceiling in this league. He is a big 3, playing the role of a 4, who can't rebound that well. Dime a dozen in the NBA.

 

Or Aldridge which we had and traded for Tyrus

Yes. The Knicks are worse then the Wizs. I mean the Wizs are severely underachieving, cause a healthy Arenas, plus Butler/Jamison and they are a playoff contender. They are underachieving to put it mildly. The Knicks are just bad. But what does that say about the Bulls?

i didnt see it either, but if the bulls played at the knicks' pace, a lot of people are going to put up out of whack numbers

i know i'm gonna take some a lot of crap for this, but after the first few weeks of the season i stopped watching and started hoping the bulls lose. might as well get another decent draft pick (although pax will blow it anyways) and hopefully get a real coach. outside of rose, this is the most unlikable bulls team i can remember. i cant stand watching them play.
