Larry Hughes and Drew Gooden were both "healthy scratches tonight," which happens to be against a team that supposedly the Bulls are talking to about a trade. You put two and two together. Just remember the last time the Bulls sat two of their "main players" in a game, they traded Brad Miller and Ron Artest for Jalen Rose. I don't much comes out of it, but........

Gooden had an ankle injury. He should be back tomorrow. Hughes with a DNP :yahoo: :yahoo:

I don't think there is much to it, but I DOUBT Gooden had an "ankle injury" and not playin Hughes---while the more they don't play him the better, IMO---means these two are clearly on the move. The question is.......when?

Having Kirk back gives us another legit ball handler (instead of Gordon over dribbling and jacking up some horrid shot), a good perimeter defender, and relegates Hughes to lots of DNPs (or a trade, hopefully). That should at least cut down on the number of stupid/worthless possessions this team has.

33 assists on 40 made field goals is nice.

Hughes hasn't deserved to play in a while. Maybe Vinny is coming to his senses. I can't see how he's at all tradeable, unless the Bulls take on a big unwanted contract in return. He's worthless. In fact, beyond worthess. He's worth negative millions.

I haven't watched much this year, have all Bulls games had the atmosphere of a rec. center? Or are there less people there because of the weather.

I have the Cavs announcers and they are awful. Also, hey look, the Cavs run offensive plays and rotate on defense. I thought you were only allowed taking contested 17 foot jumpers and then stand around on defense.

wow, what a coinicidence, Larry Hugues get's firmly plastered to the bench and this team begins to play better.

It's all Kirk Hinrich's return.

Do you mean on the radio? The game should only be on TBS for TV.

Impressive win, I listened to the last 24 seconds + Overtime on the way home tonight... maybe things are looking up, and Hinrich was more important than we thought?

wth? I thought TNT games were national TV games and not broadcast locally. I've never seen a Thursday Bulls game covered by TNT and a local channel.
