The most amazing stat of them all is the 3 grand slams the Mets have given up to opposing pitchers at Shea in the last 2 seasons.

 

That's unbelievable to me

 

I remember Kevin Tapini hitting one off Maddux in Atlanta in 98 but then again I might be making that up. I remember some Cubs pitcher hitting one in Atlanta in that year though.

 

I was close. Kasper just said it was off Denny Neagle.

Ugh. Don't let this become that game at Shea from May of 2007, please.

 

I don't even know what the Brewer's fans would do if this happened.

that is somewhat troubling...but is that number offset by home games where the cub ninth wasn't played?
