ah... game 5 against the braves. we won. I got drunk. LSAT the next day. Score a 151. Could only get into Detroit Mercy Law. Now sitting here instead of having a job.

Let's not talk about only scoring a 151, 'kay?

Though Kansas was still willing to take me. Their mistake.

kU will take anyone...

I'm willing to take that from anyone but you.

I'm taking it in October. Haven't been studying as much as I should be. We'll see what happens.

There's only so much studying you can do. From how I did and several other people I know, it's just a measure of how smart you are. Most of my friends are smarter than me.

Yayyy.

1 R in 4 innings isn't bad.

One run in 4 innings is great. I'll take that every time.

Edit: What did DeRo do?

Nice job so far, but just holding my breath with Marquis. It's not even fun to watch him pitch because there is such a small chance of seeing a good outing.

I know a couple of guys who just graduated from KU law who loved it.

What just happened for those of us who can't watch?

The Braves turned the lights on when the Braves were batting last inning. Joe West stopped the game and made them turn it off (the lights can only come on at the start of an inning). Then at the beginning of the inning, West delayed the game again while they waited to turn them on. Cox from the bench apparently said something that West didn't like about the delay, and West threw him out from where he was standing close to the pitcher's mound.

I didn't really care for it much one way or the other. Just a means to an ends.

Campus on a nice warm day though was a sight to behold.

Cox is such a jagbag. I really hate him.

If he got tossed for arguing the timing of Joe West ordering the lights turned on, it sounds like he has a legitimate case here. From the way it was described on the radio, it sounds like the pitcher had just finished up his warm-up tosses and was ready to go when the ump came out and ordered the lights to be turned on. He should have had them turned on immediately after the previous inning ended.

Edit: What did DeRo do?

A ground ball to the right side. Lee dove and it went past him. DeRosa dove into short right field, got the ball, and threw it to a covering Marquis just before the runner got there.
