Actually in this instance, it might. It could be great for the Cubs if the Sox sweep the Indians because then the Indians either have to crap or get off the pot regarding Sabathia.

 

However, this could also end up being awful if Sabathia is traded to Milwaukee or St. Louis (or anyone else in the NL) instead of the Cubs.
