This is one of the worst-umpired games I can remember in quite some time.

 

Last year's series in Atlanta is the only other one that comes to mind for me.

 

That was the Edgar Renteria one, right?

Last year at home versus the Reds which ended with the DeRosa infield hit. (That was the game where the Reds protested)

These are truly the worst umps I have ever seen. Embarrassing for the game.

 

Jim Hendry needs to send a tape of this weekend's series to the league office to have issues like this resolved because this has been awful umping all weekend.

 

All 3 of the PCL umps I saw this weekend were better than this. I think MLB needs to re-evaluate some of these guys if they can.

I know the Sox are playing really well right now...but overall I think they have a damn good team and one that I think will contend for another World Series title. Amazing that they can win a World Series, almost halfway destruct their team, and build another potential contender in 3 years.
