I know this is baseball, but why can't we have a few months where we don't have to put up with just atrocious baseball for an extended stretch?

 

I think very few fans have been able to experience an entire year with no extended bad baseball.

No you're right, and I don't agree with other people that this might be the other shoe dropping but its so painful

 

For comparison, I love the Bears just as much as the Cubs, but even when they were scrambling around and giving up 300 yards to Adrian Peterson every other game it wasn't as painful as this
