Damn Edmonds, how does he not score on a ball hit over the second basemens head?

 

He had to hold up to make sure it wasn't caught.

Even after that though, he should have been able to score. Markakis had to go aways to get it.

 

It was hit hard right at him and he has a cannon. If Edmonds hadn't held up at all to see if it was caught I think there was stil a decent chance he'd get thrown out. As the situation was in reality, he'd have been out by a ton.

Take him out of the lineup. He has no idea what he's doing at the plate. He looks like Soriano with less success.

The Brewers ran up his pitch count last week & it was effective. He just becomes a hard thrower with nothing off speed. Atleast that was the result last week.
