By the way how was that 3-2 pitch to AJ Pierzynski not called strike 3 by the home plate Umpire? It looked liked it split the plate down the middle waist high.

I was on tv today. Go me, i guess. Pieraphabet's HR almost hit me in the back of the head.

Here I am cowering out of the way of an object one thousandth my size. Like a man.

You gotta stop eating hot dogs at the ballpark Roast. You've got a nice little spare tire going.

I'm convinced the 3rd base umpire called it a swing because he was aghast that McClelland didn't ring AJ up to begin with. That was obscene.

Speaking of, how wasn't that Cabrera foul ball called a homer? It hit the foul pole...

The Sox announcers watched the replay of the cabrera foul ball and said that it only looked like it hit the pole. They were satisfied with the call.

Harrelson and Jackson were pretty quiet after that pitch I believe they were shocked it wasn't called strike 3 by McCelland as well, they didn't bitch too much about the appeal to 3rd.

I've watched/listened to Aramis' home run more times than I can count... and I don't think I'm tired of it yet. What a ballgame. Really.

He hit the game tying and game winning homer's, but they were both solo shots - that selfish prick.

I was thinking this as well. When the ump pointed to the 3rd base ump for help, and said 3rd base ump rang Pierzynski up, I was like "what does it matter, it was a K anyways!".

And AJP had the "fortitude" to act PO'd cause he was called out on the check swing when he got away with it not being called K3 outright.

Hey Roast, how loud was the park today relative to the comeback game? Looked like they were going even more nuts than after Derosa's homer.
