That was horrible. But when you travel to Mackey, playing 8 on 5 is not unheard of.

Holy crap, Xavier's ranked 10th? That's not really right.

 

Pomeroy has them 13. They're 9-2 against the Top 100(Pomeroy) and their SOS isn't particularly weak either.

 

Their SOS is based primarily on playing mediocre teams rather than bad teams. There's something to be said for beating teams you're supposed to, but not this much. The A10 being a 2 team league doesn't help matters either.

Luke Harangody is the Shareef Abdur Raheem of the Big East. Inflated numbers and not a real difference maker.

 

Blair is an animal, however.

Blair is underrated. Luke normally plays better, but the insane amount of threes we took made him a complete nonfactor until the late going.

 

Notre Dame is just plain not good.

Brey should be in trouble with the way this season has gone. He probably won't be, but he should be. This season has been a nightmare.

Ball State improves to 10-9 (5-2) by beating Ohio and takes sole possession of the MAC West division. That also eclipses their win total of either of the last two seasons (9 in 06-07 and 6 last year).
