when your spelling is that bad, you shouldn't say anything.

 

Technically I didn't misspell anything. I jut used through rather than throw.

 

That's actually technically the right usage according to my editor.

SIU sucks this year. I was expecting a down year but a home loss in your first home conference game to freaking Northern Iowa is never good, especially after being blown out on the road against Bradley a couple days before that.

 

Best thing I can hope for is that the freshmen and Fay continue to gel and hopefully we build some confidence at the end of the year leading into next season. Kevin Dillard has already shown that he's easily going to be the best player on this team for the next 3 years.

Luke Harangody probably played the worst 26/16 game in the history of the world last night. He really wasn't all that good. ND can't play defense to save their lives and that's probably going to kill them against the better teams unless Ryan Ayers brings that kind of 3-point shooting every night.

Mizzou got a nice road win against Georgia, 83-76 the final. As long as they handle Coppin State on Tuesday they'll finish the non-conference 13-2, much better than I thought they would.

 

Eh, Georgia's pretty bad. That said, 13-2 noncon is pretty big. I've got you at 11-5 in conference, and no BCS team has ever missed the tourney with 24 wins.(that's not even including a potential B12 tourney win)

Rankings should be fun this week.

 

#7 in a dogfight with a terrible team.

 

#9 lost to an unranked team at home.

 

#14 is down big to a team that didn't receive a vote in the AP poll.

 

#15 loses to an unranked team

 

#16 loses it's 4th game of the year, 3rd in a row, 3rd to an unranked team.

 

#18 loses to an unranked team

 

#19 loses to an unranked team

 

#21, #23, & #24 all lose.

ND sending St. John's to the line down 5. Think that's over.

 

Ed DeChelis should take sole responsibility for this loss. The PSU gameplan has been positively inept down the stretch.
