The Astros announcers think Gallagher had good stuff.

 

It was not a good start. He made some really bad pitches at times when he couldn't afford to. I could see swapping him out of the rotation for Marshall, but I still prefer Gallagher to Marquis.

 

I figure letting Gallagher take his lumps in the majors is more productive long-term than watching Marquis get smacked around every five days.

We haven't been that great on the road this year. And we've played a ton of home games. I worry this team isn't as good as it seems. It's not just about this game, it's about what it means in the larger pattern. At least for me.
