I'm sure there's a drunk windowbreaker in Lawrence who got wasted last night and went on a rant about "if they had played another quarter, they would've beaten Mizzou by two touchdowns". Best of luck buying your way up to the Gator Bowl next season.

Not really whining. I just think it's funny that ku fans would rather play in a BCS bowl that really doesnt mean anything than play for a Big 12 championship and a shot in the national championship, as I've stated numerous times.

As long as we're pissing on all things Mizzou, I'm gonna point out that Illinois has like a 75 game winning streak against them in basketball. And we suck this year.

Not really whining. I just think it's funny that ku fans would rather play in a BCS bowl that really doesnt mean anything than play for a Big 12 championship and a shot in the national championship, as I've stated numerous times.

 

I know very few KU fans that think this way. But going to a BCS bowl was a hell of a consolation prize. It seems to me, if anyone is jealous, it's you.

In all seriousness, it's a shame there have been no good hoops squads at Mizzou while you've been there. It's a great, intense rivalry when both teams are good. That's what made the football game so amazing this year. And that's why I hope (and you should to), that KU continues to be decent at FB. It's just way more fun. I really hope Mizzou's hoops teams get to the point where it's fun to beat them again.
