If Urban Meyer can run circles around Jim Tressel, i wonder what he's going to do to Lloyd. Lloyd will be lucky to get out of the stadium with his clothes on. Urban is totally going to undress him.

I'm going into the game fully expecting the 5th straight bowl-game loss.

I am happy to play Boston College. I dont think they are good enough to blow us out. However we wont be expected to win. So its really a no lose situation for MSU.

As for Michigan/Florida, If Henne and Hart are healthy I think that game will be better than expected. I still think Florida will win. If they arent healthy. Well

I really liked the Big Ten this bowl season to redeem themselves some untill OSU moved up. Now I think they will be lucky to 3.

I'm jacked for BSU/Rutgers. Ray Rice is really freaking good, but with the exception of Nebraska, Ball State's done well all year defensively against QB's that don't run and our offense is dangerous. The Knights only have two good wins - USF and Navy.

Plus, you know, it's Toronto, so I'll be drinking.

Hart should be fine by the bowl game. It's Henne I'm worried about. A Mallett-lead team is going to get destroyed by Florida if Henne can't go. He's a tough guy though, so you know he's going to do whatever it takes to play in the game.

On that list, Wisconsin/Tennessee is the only interesting game on paper. Doesn't it seem like Clemson and Auburn play every year in a bowl?

It'll be a good game if Ainge can keep from throwing easy interceptions in key situations.

Ah, yesterday was a great game. Tennessee gave it all they had, but LSU was just a little bit better. Kudos to the Tiger fans that ya'll will be in the National Title game and I'll try to be content with the Outback Bowl instead of the Sugar Bowl.

As for Wisconsin, I think we match up very well against them. Their defense is nothing special and I feel like Ainge can pick them apart while Arian Foster should have a good game. The defense should handle themselves fairly well, after holding down a better LSU offense.

Both teams are actually eerily similar. The running games are nearly identical, with Foster having slightly better numbers than PJ Hill and the passing games are similar with Ainge being a little more efficient than Tyler Donovan. Ought to be a good game.

I'm currently going back and forth between being terrified of Darren McFadden and excited that we're playing a team that can't throw the ball more than 10 yards.

Look on the bright side. Marcus Monk hasn't been right all year after tearing some cartilage in his knee in preseason. ...though he will be getting a month off before that game, so who knows. How's your run D?

Are those your spreads SSR or the Vegas lines?

It depends on the game. We've had some real strong performances, and some pretty bad ones. A lot of that can be dependent on our offense, because a lot of teams have had to abandon the run because they find themselves so far down.

Sounds like Arkansas's D in general. I'm just hoping it ends like the basketball game did. :D

i really don't understand why anyone gives a crap about these bowls.

They don't unless their school is playing in them.

Another problem a playoff would solve. A lot of these meaningless bowls that only serve to boost the ego of programs and their fans would become early to mid round playoff games and many people would then have interest in them.

But oh well. We're stuck with this crappy system because a playoff would "take kids away from their schoolwork."

Florida's secondary's the weak link. Mallett would be able to move the ball on them decently. Hart will be a non-factor. Even if healthy.
