Duke will be Notre Dame's 1st opponent this year that does not currently sport a winning record.

I'm picking ND. I'm confident, but not supremely confident. That in itself tells you all you need to know.

Yeah, ND has been really depressing this year, but if they lose to Duke, they shouldn't go out in public for a while.

Edit: I just thought I'd share this amazing book I found! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1933060204/sr=8-2/qid=1152900768/ref=sr_1_2/102-5562254-8759304?ie=UTF8

If we're talking who we are pulling for in this game then it's Duke in football and ND in basketball for me. I don't really hate the ND basketball team all that much.

EDIT: Actually, I just remembered that Notre Dame basketball cost me a few points in last year's tourney pool when they lost to Winthrop whereas Duke has come through for me losing to VCU last year and to LSU two years ago (which helped me win my pool that year). So screw you too ND basketball.

Duke, with the exception of the last couple games they have been able to hang in the games just to lose them at the end while playing much better teams than Notre Dame and Thaddeus Lewis (the QB) just continues to come along. He is one of the few bright spots on the team.

God I hope ND loses out so Karl Dorrell can be the only one to lose to ND this year.

The funniest part of my trip to LA this weekend wasn't our bus driver almost running over Tone Loc as he got out of his H3. It wasn't getting to eat at the In n' Out on Ventura next to Larry Sellers' house.

It was the drunk UCLA fans behind me late in the 4th when Dorrell still refused to open up the offense. Shirt-less guys sarcastically yelling "LINE EM UP IN THE POWER I" while crying and laughing at the same time was hilarious.
