That post was sarcams btw, to prove a point that not all hits, not all runs are the same. Giving up rockets all over the field make it more a pitcher's fault when he has a bad outing compared to the ground ball that (as I said Cedeno woulda got to) sneaks thru the IF to tie the game. Rich was straight up dealing for 4 innings, then gave up a couple hard hit balls, followed by some poor luck. Let's castrate him.

Arroyo singled to left field

Hopper grounded an IF single to second base , Arroyo to third on a fielding error, E3

Keppinger singled to left field , Arroyo scored, hopper to second

Griffey flied out to right field

Phillips singled to left field , Hopper scored, Keppinger to third

Dunn grounded into a FC, 6-4, Keppinger scored

Wuertz in to pitch for the CUBS

Encarnacion singled to left field , Dunn to second

Cantu struck out swinging

Not even close to a clutch outing by Rich.

 

yeah damn you rich for giving up dink hits and getting boned over by the umps

 

If Marquis did this everyone would be ripping on him.

 

It seems like most people would be ripping the ump if Trax was doing it.

 

All you have to do is check out the Marquis thread to see how he's swayed most people's opinions this season.
