The Cardinals did. Struggled against bad teams like the Cubs and the likes of Mateo, Marmol, Walrond, and then went into the playoffs and beat up on the Peavys and Verlanders of baseball.

 

as much as it pains me to say it, the Cards are a better franchise then the Cubs.

Glad I didn't see the carnage that Pence and Wandy Rodriguez have inflicted on us. Anyone who thinks our offense is manageable needs to get their head checked. Marshall pitched like crap today, but another day of not being able to hit the ball ultimately puts us in check again.

 

And once again, another called third strike for DLee. He's not a #3 hitter.

But the difference is...the Cardinals actually made the playoffs...this garbage continues...we're lucky to finish 5 games out.
