I hope Lou is grabbing players by the collar, slapping them, and reminding them very loudly that Wandy Rodriguez is pitching and also sucks.

This is embarassing.

I really wish we had gotten buried by June...This would be a lot less painful to watch and we'd get a decent draft pick.

That's just ridiculous. WE'RE IN FIRST PLACE!

Remember the feeling, we won't end September that way.

yeah, because the other teams in this division are so good.

They don't have to be good, they just have to be less terrible than this team who struggles to get 2 runs a game. I hope I'm wrong, the 5 games against the Cards will probably be the decisive factor.

Nothing like a thrilling victory yesterday, then going out and playing half assed today. Good Job

Seems like last night took a lot out of this team. Everybody hates day games after a night game.

Man I really hope we can make a Cardinals like run in the playoffs if we make it....but I just don't see it happening.

I think it's possible if Soriano Lee and Ramirez starting pounding the ball and the guys around pick it up. That's a huge IF, even though it shouldn't be.

len just laid it out. if we play .500 the brewers have to go 17-12, the cardinals even better.

They can cry me a river.I go out to the bars and get loaded until 2 am and get up for work at 8 ready to go. They can atleast get like 10 hours of sleep after a game and wake up at like 10

Yea, and there are too many white guys in the lineup, dude - they don't play in the sun as well.

I agree, but they haven't been able to do that all year. Lee had a hot (and powerless) April, Soriano has had hot stretches all year, and Ramirez has been consistantly above average but not great season. None of them have been close to realizing their ability for even a short period of time this year, save Soriano once or twice.

I understand that we have the advantage...but it's not like we've been playing .500 ball since we cooled off.
