LOL, Weathers hits Hart and it brings up Fielder.

OK, so which Reds team did we just face? Cuz it sure as hell wasn't this one.

You mean we didn't lose 2/3 just like the Blowers are about to do?

No, I mean it didn't look like the Reds were giving up 5 early runs to us and their BP looking this bad @ Wrigley.

HAHAHAHAHA

He always makes in interesting, but gets it done.

2 of 3 from the Cubs

2 of 3 from the Brewers

Not a bad road trip.

This is really oversimplifying things, and I'm only following on gameday, but that's a bad swing by Fielder. Every single pitch he was working away, away, away, so you roll over it and ground out to 2nd? You've got a 3-1 count and you're chasing one on the corner at best?(And it's only 3-1 cause you chased another pitcher's pitch on 2-0)

Yost: "I wanted Linebrink to face Valentin from the left side."

Whoops, guess that one didn't work out 8-)

"I thought he threw the ball better today [Capuano]" Says he hasn't made his mind up whether Cappy will remain in the rotation.

"If there was a way to figure this out we would have already done it." Ouch!

White Sox losing again 2-10, they are now in last place, yes that's right below the Royals.

That's awesome.

Cincinnati, thank you very much.

Nice 1-5 homestand, Brewers.

You know things are going bad for the Brewers when they can't even win at home.

Brewer's team ERA for August is over 7 now, pretty hard to win games when you are having a complete pitching staff meltdown.

Yost has caused a couple losses too of course, including today. He let Linebrink bat with nobody out with a 1 run lead and then kept him in after he loaded the bases and was facing a pinch hitter who is horrible against lefties while the teams LOOGY was warming up.
