before that AB i just wanted jones to NOT ground into a double play. I wasn't expecting anything good since it was a LHP, just didn't want THAT.

 

Jones needs to not hit against lefties. Like ever.

You hit DeRosa for him there and swith Pagan to CF. Wish we had Lou Brown running our team sometimes.

you'd figure with the wind blowing out you'd hit at least one today. We need some power!!!!!

I can't figure it out either. We've got proven HR hitters on this club. They just aren't doing it. Any of them.

Jacque Jones is a malignant source of constant sludge on the Cubs. He is a useless fool.

 

I will throw a party when he is gone from this roster. Everyone is invited.

Well if Cliff the Cripple didn't hurt himself running to first base, it would've been an easy PH with Pagan or DeRosa there. Since they had to waste Pagan in RF they have to conserve the bench a bit.

Yup. And even if the Phillies bring in a righty, I would much rather have DeRosa facing Pulpo than Jacque facing any lefty.

I would like to see the Brewers score a few runs and make the Mets use an extra reliever.
