The Cubs main starting lineup (Soriano, Theriot, Lee, Ramirez, Floyd, DeRosa, Jones, Kendall) combined to hit 147 HRs last year, and that is including injury filled seasons by Lee and Floyd and Theriot spending most of the year in the minors.

 

That same lineup after 100 games has combined to hit 57 HRs. They are on pace for 92 HRs for the year, a dropoff of 55 HOME RUNS.

i don't think i have enough muscles to honestly converse with sheffield at this point...
