Why all pitchers (on the 30th man thing)? Don't they usually have a mixture?...Hanley Ramirez got screwed.

 

It depends on how many position players/pitchers the team chose. They have a locked in # of pitchers/position players, so whatever's spare is what the 30th man is.

I was really hoping ARam would have made it.

 

Heck, I'd probably vote for him over D-Lee.

 

Like somebody said, this is probably a blessing in disguise. Right now, resting that knee is the best move for him.

Fuentes loses his job and makes the all star pretty funny. How many years in a row has the NL team lost?

 

I don't know. Things go in cycles because the NL dominated that game at one time. It would be nice if they won this year (at least for me because I like the NL better). :D

well I like the NL better too but I have little faith in them winning judging by the choices for made by both teams and the fact that the AL has dominated in the last several years.

Fans keep choosing dinosaurs like Bonds, no wonder the NL loses every year.

The only undeserving player voted in for the American league was Pudge the rest I couldn't complain about. The NL is way off. Beltran Bonds, Wright Reyes don't deserve to start the all star game.
