What kind of stuff does Gallagher have? Power pitcher or finesse?

Low 90s FB, good curve, change and he has a slider though I believe Sean has scrapped that for now.

The curve was good in the start I saw him, but he struggled with his control with it. I don't recall seeing a slider. His fastball worked in the 91-93 range, touching 94 a couple of times.

If he's coming out of the pen, he might be able to dial it up a tick or two.

Without a doubt, he can top out in the upper-90s (and supposedly he hit 100 once last season in the FSL).

i dont trust those guns. He might hit 95-96 but anything higher is probably a juiced minor league gun for the fans.

Has anyone considered the idea that Blanco might be on the 60 day DL now?
I think Miller to the 60-day is more likely.

Yea but I think hes suggesting that as to how Gallagher is getting on the 25 man.

No, because moving Blanco from the 15-day to the 60-day DL would not clear a space on the 25-man roster.

Someone email Len and Bob and see if they can mention it on the air tonight.........
If anything's been officially announced yet I'm sure they'll mention it anyway.

especially if Gallagher is in uniform... can't really have someone new sitting around out there and just not explain why he's there.

in the words of Vince Lombardi... what the hell is going on out there?

When I was younger I went out to one of Billy Wagner's rehab starts in Round Rock and he touched 105. I was like ummm no.

its almost got to be- miller/blanco to the 60 day,/ Ohman sent down, jones traded.

that is the only thing that makes sense if eyre is reportably safe.

What Bruce said was that Eyre isn't being DFA'd. He could still be placed on the DL.

Yes. Florida HS

Then this is quite an achievement to me. He made it to the Big leagues in under 3 years sense being drafted.

I wounder what the fastest time to be called-up is for a high school player???? 3 years is very impressive.

For some reason, all I can think of at times like this is my high school chemistry class. Mr. Davenport would not let us rest until we balanced the equation, so I'm freaking out right now not knowing what on earth is going on to counter Gallagher coming up.
