Lets you listen to whatever you want, whenever you want- and mostly without the stupid commercials (they have commercials on the TV supported channels).

Sports Radio or iPod. Sports when ESPN radio (locally) is airing national shows, but not when they're broadcasting the quarterfinals of the PIAA Division 3 Girl's Volleyball tournament :)

I said flip to any song on any station. I would just listen to a CD, but I usually want to hear the traffic updates. I hate radio shows. Very few are funny and the only people that find them remotely funny are the DJs. I don't care what your opinions are about Paris Hilton going to jail. Just play some damn music.

Mostly talk radio of the sports and political variety and one morning radio show that has been on for years and IMO doesn't suck.

 

I used to use the heck out of my scan button until it broke, now the preset radio station changer on the steering wheel gets a workout on those rare times that I listen to terrestrial music radio.

a CD because there aren't music stations around here that play good music, and I'm too cheap to pay for XM for my vehicles (that and I work from home so I'm rarely in my vehicles)

I need an other option. I listen to Morning Edition, BBC NewsHour and the Diane Rehm Show (I'm a bit of an NPR junkie).

sports radio in morning because there is no music. Music in afternoon unless there is a game on.

My commute is only 10 minutes so i dont listen as much as i had in the past when i was driving 30 minutes. His show is both talk and music.

I said sports all day, though I do switch over to political talk radio and some music off and on. There's a great local morning sports talk show that I listen to heading to work and then another one in the afternoon as I drive home.

 

Problem is, that station is the only one I get that has sports on it and from 12-3 they play the Jim Rome show. So, if I want to listen to sports at lunch, it has to be Rome. :x

I listen to nothing but NPR in the morning. I'm obsessed with The Diane Rehm Show and the BBC.

Usually NPR or iPod, but when I'm driving to work, it's usually Marketplace or Morning Edition.

didn't want to start a new thread for this, but Colin Cowherd talked about The Soprano's finale ALL MORNING. My options for sports radio around here are one station, so this was beyond irritating
