What occured?

 

Mitre got down the sac bunt. Lilly picked it up and looked at 2nd to see if he could make the play there. When he saw that he couldn't, he dropped the ball, picked it up and on his knees, tried to throw it to 1st. The ball hit Mitre and trickled into shallow RF.
