Quite a few decent LB still around.

I'll assume you're referring to Siler?

Among others; Alexander, Shaw, Everett, Blades.

I know, I was just taking a shot at you for the Siler/Florida connection  Prescott Burgess and Jon Abbate are still out there too.

Oh there is definately some bias involved as the Jags don't really need more LB help but I still want Siler.

And the Titans take Antonio Johnson DL from Mississippi St. I think they definitely could have had a better DL pick here.

was angelo hoping that posluszny would fall to 37 or did he just make the trade because it was a sweet deal?

The report from Chicago this morning was that Angelo wanted Anthony Gonzalez, and then traded down after the Colts took him at 32.

Miss St had a great run defense last year so I don't have a terrible problem with the pick. Hopefully he plays more DE than DT though and can rush the passer. We have a serious lack of both of those areas.

Jags take Brian Smith, LB from Mizzou.

Good for him. He played DE in college, and he was a stud before he broke his hip (leg?) last year. His junior year he led the Big 12 in sacks, and if he didn't get hurt this year he would've been a Day 1 pick.

He had a total of 7 TFL last year. He's definitely not a pass rushers, he's a 2-gap DT that is more of a run stopper.

Cowboys get Free, awesome choice here! I really like him as a developmental LT.

I like the depth we added to the O-line in this draft. Troy Smith is still out there for a project QB.

I'd prefer Jordan Palmer, I've met him before and he's real cool guy.

Yet another strange pick by Reinfeldt then. I really don't understand his analysis of our needs. We have Albert Haynesworth, Rien Long, Travis LaBoy and Antwan Odom who are all run stoppers. We need a pass rusher. Oh well.

that makes sense.

i think the raiders got a steal with michael bush.

i understand that we wanted a true 3rd down/change-of-pace back, but bush would have looked nice backing up benson.

Maybe, but he can't even play right now. He had the first rod removed and a new rod placed in his leg because it wasn't healing right. Right now Kolby Smith is probably better than him...Bush just seems to have Ron Dayne written all over him IMO.

The Pack just picked David Clowney out of VT, good pick here.

I love this pick. He's an extremely fast guy and could fill the void at returner. We've had a couple of solid picks the last few rounds.
