Awesome game. I was there again today to watch the Cubs beat the Cards. Tomorrow I'll be right behind the Cubs dugout to (hopefully) watch them sweep! Go Cubs!

I'm a huge Bears fan, and honestly, I don't see what the big deal is about draft day. Who cares? It's the offseason.

 

I'll see who they drafted online or in tomorrow's and Monday's papers.

man... Cardinals announcers are brutal. Wainright hasn't exactly been lights out and all they can talk about is how impressed they are with him. I dont know how much more of them I can take.

 

Sorry for the late reply. But on top of that in the 5th or 6th inning the play by play guy said he just can't put his finger on it but Zambrano just hasn't looked good this year. Can they BE more biased? Z hasn't gotten the results, but according to him he's lost speed on his FB and has lost movement. Give me a friggen break. :roll:

Z's fastball has been a couple ticks slower this year, not that that's a bad thing. He's always at his best in the low-90's when he has the ball sinking. When he throws harder, the ball tends to rise on him and he gives up more fly balls and HRs.

3 wins in a row. Wow. I basically conceded yesterday because I didn't want to be even more dissapointed by getting my hopes up. But I'm glad they won that great game. Now a nice easy win today.

 

Maybe we can get over .500 afterall?
