I'm surprised that they aren't just moving it to Anaheim. I'm guessing there won't be much of a crowd for these games.

I seem to remember there was a modest crowd at U.S. Cellular when the Marlins and Expos played there in 2004. Who knows? Maybe Milwaukee yearns to see American League action once more.

Tickets will be $10 and go on sale in about a half hour.

Dang. It's too bad I don't live near Milwaukee. I would totally go.

No way. That is THE coolest thing. If you're a baseball fan, you can't beat that. I'll have to see, I live on the south side. Bet you can get GREAT seatsn and the Angels are awesome.

Where did you find this and do you know where they go on sale at?

I called the Brewers box office and they told me this. Not sure about where they go onsale though.

Selig said on ESPN Radio that the Indians had suggested the move, citing damage done to Jacobs Field during efforts to clear the snow.

I got tickets!! Unfortunately, all the really, really good seats were taken. Wish I'd have seen this thread sooner. I was going to try for behind home plate.

Section 124, Row 5.

Pretty darn good.

Those are great seats. Anything on the 200 level within the first and third basepaths will also be excellent.

Maybe the first game will sell because of the novelty, but I wouldn't see a problem with just walking up to the ticket window day of the game and expecting decent seats. The Brewers have enough trouble selling out their own weekday games as it is.

this is unbelievably lame. they should just have swapped the home series with LAAAAAAA and been done with it. Why is baseball so stupid?

Well, for fans like me, who have never seen a Major League game in person not involving the Cubs and/or Brewers, this is a treat.

I have a good feeling if the word spreads fast about these games, there could end up being a ton of fans there...

I wonder if either team will do autographs like the Brewers tend to do. I want to buy a baseball and take it to the game (although I can't find an official MLB one around here for the life of me).

Targets carry them.
