Bob was mentioning that those HR fastballs were inside, and Barrett called for them further out.

 

It seems pretty clear that Miller has little control or stuff today.

I've switched over the Devil Rays game to watch Kaz. He is SICK SICK today. 9k's through 3 2/3

 

9K's through 4 now but he's thrown 64 pitches so I don't really see him making a run at 20 since he's on pace for 144 pitches in the game.

 

But it is a good game since Halladay is going for Toronto.

 

EDIT: And I have TB-Tor on the EI free trial and the Cubs on MLB.TV.

I think Lou lets Miller go back out if he thinks he can locate his pitches. But i also think its very possible thaat he puts Cotts in immediately. Lou isn't braindead.

I'd imagine it would take 2-3 starts in Iowa at the very least before Prior is called up to the big league club.

Agreed. Prior has to be able to throw more than 4 innings a game before he's going be be called up to the big club.
