Strength of schedule is the first tiebreaker in draft order, followed by division and conference record. Then coin flip.

EDIT: Cleveland is the 3rd pick.

Wow, Chris Rix is the FOX sideline reporter for the Chargers game. I went to middle school with that guy.

Is he the disappointing former FSU quarterback?

Huh, I always thought it was head-to-head that determined tiebreaker for draft. Learn something new every day.

Vince Young has 2 minutes to get 10 points with no timeouts starting at his own 36. Godspeed.

EDIT: nevermind, gamechannel didn't update for the penalty, game over

EDIT2: Now it's 17 points in 1:45

It was a great game, but you could tell it was a young team whose luck had simply run out against a veteran team that did just enough.

I can't complain though, it was a great year and much better than I expected. Lots of great, young talent to build around. Plus, one of the best coaches in the league will be sticking around for a few more years (at the expense of a solid GM in Floyd Reese though).

I didn't especially like Belichek letting Testaverde throw the final TD pass, it had a distinct lack of class. If he wanted Vinny to get a last touchdown, he should have put him in earlier.

Name a Florida St. QB that hasn't been.

Chris Weinke's about as bad as I expected him to be. :)

Denver trying to choke away a playoff berth. They're down 17-13 to SF in the third.

This is doing nothing to diminish the disappointment of the Titan loss. As it stands now, everything worked perfectly for us to get in the playoffs. Except us winning.

It'd be really great if Fox would switch me to the Denver-SF game instead of the Philly-Atlanta game which has exactly zero meaning. I'm not exactly local to any of these teams either, please give me reason to watch.

Same here.

Never mind, looks like FOX has the Broncos-Niners game on.

Haha. My Fox station switched about half an hour ago.

Refs in the Denver/SF game just made one of the worst calls I've seen in a while. SF player caught a pass, took three steps, and lost the ball as his knee hit the ground.

Was it a fumble? Was he down before the fumble?

Neither, the ref ruled after replay. It was an incomplete pass.

The broadcasters were flabbergasted because they had never even considered that it wasn't a complete pass.

For once I'm happy to be 'stuck' with the 49ers game.

That was a horrendous call. It was obviously a catch and the receiver's knee was down.

It is a pretty exciting game thus far.

"Horrendous" is a good word for that call. I can't believe that a living, breathing human being with two functional eyes and a rational mind could make that call after seeing multiple replays.
