I'm not sure if the ND ever had possession of the ball. It looked like it came loose as he was tucking it.

Should be overturned. It touched a ND player who was out of bounds.

 

That last replay didn't show that.

The first replay they showed I thought showed it. But then Fox kept on replaying the same one that didn't show anything about 15 times.

I don't think he had it. However, no matter how obvious it is, you can never trust these officials, especially when the booth guy ruled the other play incomplete.
