What, you'd keep Thabo at the expense of Nocioni?

i realize having too much talent at a position is not a bad thing, but depriving durant of minutes can't be a good thing either.

the difference being that deng will be wealthier than either of those 2 reasonably soon, and we could likely get more for him in a trade.

I expect Deng's contract to be very reasonable. I think Pax's plan has been to keep and pay Nocioni, Deng and Gordon all along. Adding Oden or Durant would complicate things down the road, but not for 3, 4 years -- and what a delicious problem to have.

Durant's such a chameleon; I don't think he'd have to take minutes away from Deng and Noc necessarily.

Good news for out-of-state fans. ESPN has picked up the Bulls/Nets game Wednesday night.

Denver now up 10 on Minnesota.

it's very likely we won't get close to being able to take him anyway, but it's nice to think about.

if the bulls got the #1, i would declare it to be the greatest day in the history of chicago sports.

That would probably be the day when Portland decided to go big instead of taking the spectacular two guard.

With the Nets win...

If the Bulls beat NJ on Wednesday (or if Cleveland loses one of their remaining two), and if Washington loses to Orlando at home and to Indiana at Indiana, we will get to play the Wizards' decrepit corpses in round 1.

Please...

Could anyone imagine a front court of Tyrus, Deng, and Durant!?

Someone get that front court an Eddy Double Cheese special!

I'd prefer a front court of Oden, Tyrus and Deng, myself.

I'll admit. Either scenario is very pleasing ;)

I'd love a rotation with

Oden

Wallace

Tyrus

Deng

Nocioni

Gordon

Thabo

Kirk

Seriously, that is an awesome team.

And keep PJ. With a new big man coming in and Tyrus' ascension in the late season (his maturation being credited to PJB) he would be an asset to ensure this team's future big men are brought along well.

We still have Ben Wallace, and I don't know see how its any skinnier than Tyrus, Deng and Nocioni.

Durant is 6' 10" and what like 185 pounds?

That's a string bean.

Has it ever been pointed out that Isaiah Thomas is not good at his job?

He's a pretty good assistant GM of the Chicago Bulls :D

We won't have an official weight until the combine, but my guess is closer to 190 than 220.

Definately, Durant REALLY needs to add alot of muscle in the next few yrs, cause right now he looks like Keith Closs, physically.

Well, as long as it's not like Kate Moss...
