If that was what the Wiz called "effort", I will gladly take them in the first round this year. I hate being overconfident, but is there ANY way the Bulls don't mop the floor with them right now?

Despite trailing by 9 at the half, it looks like the Raptors are going to hold on against the Knicks.

Spoke a little too soon. It's now a 1 point game with 10 seconds left. Knicks on a 11-3 run down the stretch.

All going to come down to this last game against NJ. Bulls must seal the deal -- CLE isn't going to lose again.

Not a must win, but man it's pretty important to slip into that weak side of the Eastern Conference bracket.

I think its pretty much must win. I'd be pretty upset if the Bulls don't get that two seed. It's there for the taking, and its definitely an easier path to the conference finals.

It's a must win. If Cleveland somehow loses to Philadelphia, I hope we rest our guys. If that were the case, a Nets win over us, combined with a Wizards loss, would push them over the Wizards for the 6th seed and dropping the Wiz to 7th.

Of course, that's all wishful thinking as Cleveland more than likely won't lose to Philly.

Do the Bulls also own the tie breaker over the Raptors?

Anyways, might as well just do it themselves and beat the Nets..

Looks like the best the Knicks can do for the Bulls is move up to sixth worst record, which I would take. We need Minnesota to beat the Grizzlies in their last game, and Portland to beat either Utah or Golden State. And of course the Knicks to lose out.

If the Supersonics can pull a miracle and beat the Lakers tonight (not looking good) and beat a Mavs team that hopefully rests its starters, then they would move ahead of the Knicks too. Not looking good right now for Seattle though.

Yes. The Raptors are locked into the 3 seed at this point.

Seattle lost. Hopefully they can luck into playing the Mavs bench players, but I'm not holding my breath that they could even beat them.

And I was wrong about this. Both Washington and NJ each have two games left. Nets play the Knicks tomorrow while the Wiz host the Magic on Tuesday and go on the road to Indiana on Wednesday. If the Nets win tomorrow and the Wizards lose both games, the Nets will finish 6th in the East no matter what they do against us on Wednesday.

I saw an astounding stat on Friday night - the Bulls are something like 27-4 at home against Eastern teams. That's straight-up domination.

Yeah, my expectations for this team are very high. I think they are the team to beat in the East and have a very good shot at making it to the finals.

I say Philly DOES INDEED beat Cleveland, cause I believe 6ers are a better team then most are giving credit for. They were left for dead when they dealt AI, and since then has gone 29-28. So to automatically assume Cleveland is going to win against Philly, is a wrong state mind to be in.

I say 6ers will beat Cleveland.

The Sixers have impressed me. They haven't tanked like many of the other lottery bound teams. Philly and the Bobcats seem like two teams that are looking to go forward and are building a lot of confidence for next season.

There is part of me that agrees with you and thinks that Philly can beat the Cavs. But there's also a large part of me that says that Cleveland desparately wants that 2 seed and they're going to play as hard and as good as they can to achieve that.

I think Philly knocks off Cleveland as well.

Anyone happen to catch SportsCenter tonight? They're promo spot for the Bulls game heading into a commercial break? Video of the Cavs. "Cleveland not playing tonight, but a team that affects King James and the Cavalier's seeding were, we'll tell you if that worked out for them"

Couldn't even mention them by name.

Oh you can bet your bottom dollar the Bulls will be actively rooted against by the national media. Anyone who threatens their chance to funnel James and/or Wade into the finals is the enemy.
