I wouldnt exactly call it a slam, but close.

 

The guy asked him something about the fans and he said something like "yah, they were there the whole time. We started off the year bad and they got a little testy with us, and i wasnt playing all that well and there are some bad ones, but there are alot of good fans and they stayed there till the end"

 

or something along those lines.
