It's funny that we have a major u-20 prospect who's dad is playing in this Chivas v Bayern friendly.

 

I'm not very knowledgeable about the youth divisions of the MNT, which player would that be?

Fernando Arce Jr.

Fernando Arce plays for Chivas. Jr. plays for Tijuana. Hopefully this is a Ken Griffey Sr/Jr situation.

 

I'm not famiiar, but no worries about him flipping?

The individual who ran out on the field last night at Toyota Park looked like it was about a 12 year old kid...and those security guards really hit him hard when they brought him down. If that had been my kid I'd be furious right now with those guards. That kid could have been really hurt.

If that was your kid you probably wouldn't give a [expletive] or you'd have taught him not to run out on a sports field lest he get annihilated by security guards.

Oh, there's no doubt. Right after it happened I was wondering where the hell the kid's parents were at that they could allow him to go on the field like that.

 

But that being said...it honestly was way excessive. You had to see it; the kid was very, very clearly a small kid and they took him down like he was catching a pass across the middle. It was brutal.

What's up with the recent rash of field invaders? Weird. Every one of these dumb friendlies has a dude trying to get on camera.

 

Zelalem has looked really good in this game v Monaco. Movement is so smart.

Men in Blazers live show was amazing tonight. Interviews with Deuce, Yedlin, Alex Morgan, Tim Cahill and Will Johnson. Went to a local bar after and got a picture with both guys.

 

Just an all around great time.

Lots of idiots booing Deuce here. Not all, but it's an even mix of "boo" and "Deuce".

 

I get the Portland-Seattle rivalry thing, but come on. It's Dempsey, not some dude who has made a handful of USMNT appearances.
