That's what it's looking like. Barring a miraculous upset by PSV tomorrow the semifinal matchups will be Chelsea-Liverpool and Man U-AC Milan/Bayern Munich winner. In the first, go Liverpool.

Well, to put it a good way, they don't have to win the game today to advance. Bayern goes on with a 0-0 or 1-1 tie.

Yup, the replay showed he was a bit offsides. Tough break for Bayern because that call could have gone either way. Bayern isn't done yet. They have shown the ability to score goals in the Champions League. If they can get a goal before halftime ore even in the beginning of the second half, they'll be in decent shape. Though it doesn't look good here.

Yup. A goal there would have killed Bayern.

 

Right now, one goal for Bayern and they're right back in it. I would be surprised if we don't see at least one more goal in this game. Bayern has nothing to lose at this point so they should attack relentlessly which will open up counterattacking opportunities for Milan. I would like to see Bayern score early to make the second half much more interesting.
