From Mariotti's column:

"One incident involved Guillen himself on a night in Baltimore when he stood naked behind me in the clubhouse and -- how do I put this? -- pretended to have sex with me."

With the Mariotti-Guillen feud and last week's bit of nastiness about the Cards whining about the Sox stealing their signs and the beanball incidents with Duncan's son -- This is like watching your white trash "relations" "wrassle in the mud" at a family reunion.

At least it's comic relief in a nightmarish season.

Oh man! That is classic! Why in the world would a grown man do something like that? Funny but very, very creepy...

The one complaint that I have heard about Mariotti is that he doesn't go to the clubhouse to get his stories. A friend of my wife works for the Sox and says that Ozzie is just "a pig". He verbally abuses his sons, women, his players, sportswriters, and opponents. I guess the best desciption of him is "classless". The amazing thing is that everyone is shocked by Ozzie after the Sox and the media have spent the last two years "pimping" Ozzie by celebrating his openess and candor.

Dont you think that when the Sox start going south again the Ozzie show is going to grow real old real quick with Sox fans also. It apparently has already worn out none Sox fans. I also think that when the Sox start to struggle Ozzies managing is only going to sink the ship faster.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger -- I'm just repeating what was printed in a family newspaper :)

I've said that pretty much since they hired him. But don't tell a Sox fan that.

Watch your language. Using vulgarity is prohibited on this site, and just leaving out one letter is considered the same as actually using the word.

Of all the person-to-person rivalries, Guillen and Mariotti would be my pick as most likely to actually kill each other.

Mariotti has said he won't ever meet with White Sox personall until they address the issue of the physical threats he has been subject to by the organization.
