It's going to be great hearing DLee hit. He's barely back, I'm not expecting anything from him, but it's just good that he's playing again. From a practical standpoint, I'm not sure if it would have mattered much whether he played tomorrow in Iowa or in Minny.

He better be DHing, though.

On Lee's first swing his hand will fall off, ending his career. The Cubs will then be financially burdened by his contract for the next 4 years.

I may be misinterpreting your stats but 211/897 is .235 not .190.

Try 211/1108

Why is Perez batting 8th and Walker 2nd? You need speed on the top of a batting order not guys on base.

Better question, how is our 4th best 2B (rated by Dusty) playing today.

I guess its a nice lineup...minus perez and white

Perhaps because Walker's finally starting to come out of his funk ?? No, that couldn't be it..... that would require far too much intelligence on the part of the manager.

How does the Cubs' 25-8 record when scoring 4 or more runs compare to the rest of the league?

That seems like to could be a very telling stat for the cubs.

DLEE. IS. BACK.

It's been too long man. Glad to have you back.

In the mean time, Marshall will pitch an excellent game and win, because he's on my fantasy team.

I haven't done the research, but I suspect that most teams would have an even better records than the CUBS when scoring 4 or more. I base this on the fact that the CUBS pitching ranks 14th in the league.

Edit: FWIW... last year, the CUBS were 62-28 (.689) when they scored 4 or more, compared to this year's 25-8 (.758).
