Felix Pie had 5 hits today. Should Cubs call him up?

to do what, sit on the bench? Dusty won't play him over Pierre. He won't even move Pierre from the leadoff spot!

Hairston's OPS dips below .530.

On a lighter note, Comedy Central is reshowing Jim Gaffigan's Beyond the Pale in 35 minutes.

I was talking about the hot pocket bit with a friend earlier. He's awesome.

Howry coming in?

He's already been in and out. Got the first 2 outs of the 7th

Oh, I didn't realize that. Thanks.

So let me get this straight. We have yet to reach the Florida half of the 8th and Dusty has basically used every reliever he has available other than Wuertz, Novoa, Rusch and, of course, Dempster. Let's hope Eyre can give them another inning. I don't want to see any of the gascans out there and I doubt Dusty would pitch Dempster beyond the 9th.

Something just doesn't sound right.
