Wow...I came home from my nephew's baseball game which I had taken my grandmothers to see (his great grandmothers) and started watching what I had TiVoed. Unlike other times, I had stayed away from the computer or radio, so I had no clue how this one would end.

 

Dempster blowing it in the ninth sucked donkey balls is the nicest thing I can say.

Come on, the last time I checked the players making the money on the field ultimately determine wins and losses. How bout we blame our "sure thing" closer who gave up two hits before the Piazza round tripper.

 

Sure, I didn't agree with Dusty having Hairston SAC the runner to third in the 8th or Barrett not pitch hitting for Blanco, but we still had a two-run lead at that point.
