My wish: Bynum and Neifi get into a fight in the lockerroom and end up putting each other on the DL.

 

Hey, don't wish that on Neifi. This is his once chance to look like a truly dominant player in comparison to somebody, at least let him have that.

Bynum appeared poised to catch an easy fly ball, but then at that last second, he let it drop. He then turned to the Cubs bench, did a crotch chop, and tore off his Cubs jersey, revealing a Padres jersey underneath.

 

Then he hit Bob Howry with a steel chair and posed for the crowd.

He also set up about 30 feet in front of the warning track, and then had to run in about 15-20 feet to make the catch because he misjudged the distance.

Is anybody listening to the game? I just want to make sure Santo doesn't sound on the verge of a heart attack.

He's handled it about as well as he possibly can. Not so much anger from him, as dejection and resignation. He sounds like all of the life has been sucked out of him.

The first threat was if they get in a huge defecit... I'd go watch Flight 93. They havent thus far. I will, however, never miss Conan.

I've got two more hours of Cub baseball to enjoy Cubs baseball before Conan comes on. :D

 

But, I'll be tuning in to Bill Maher instead. :wink:
